LETTER OF INTENT

Between the National University of Tucumán, with legal address on Ayacucho 491, San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina, and —————————————————-, agree to sign this Letter of Intent in accordance with the following clauses:

First:  Both parts express the intention of setting up the bases for future academic and scientific cooperation which will include the following activities:

*Educational, cultural, technological exchanges, cooperation activities.

Second:  Both parts undertake to foster the signature of a future cooperation agreement before the respective higher education authorities. This future agreement will constitute the legal framework for the development of the activities described in the first clause. —————————————————————————————————————————–

Third: Both parts agree to inform their respective higher authorities about the signature of the present Letter of Intent. ————————————————————————————————–

Four copies of identical tenor, two in Spanish and two in English, are signed for a single purpose in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina, ——————————————————————————-
